Consolidated Report on payments to governments

 (according to article 6, L.3556/2007, as in force)

The ELLAKTOR Group announces, according to the provisions of article 6 of Law 3556/2007, as in force, that due to subsidiaries mining activities for quarry products, has paid to the Greek Government within the Fiscal Year which ended on 31.12.2018, the amount of euro 318 th. (FY 2017: 488 th.)

The above amount concerns payments for:

a. Lease payments for quarries, euro 175 th. (FY 2017: 160 th.), and                                                             

b. Duties for aggregates of quarries, euro 143 th. (FY 2017: 328 th.)

The breakdown of payments by entity is:                                                         

a. HELLENIC QUARRIES SA, euro 155 th. (FY 2017 : 359 th.)                               

b. DI-LITHOS SA, euro 163 th. (FY 2017 : 129 th.)
