OPAP and INTRALOT signed binding MOU for the transfer of INTRALOT's share in Hellenic Lotteries to OPAP

OPAP announces that its 100% subsidiary, “OPAP Investment Limited”, has signed a binding MOU with Intralot to acquire all of its shares in “Hellenic Lotteries S.A.” (i.e. 511,500 shares or 16.5% of the total share capital) for a consideration of Euro Twenty Million (euro 20,000,000). In addition, according to the MOU, Hellenic Lotteries SA will sign with Intralot SA an amendment to the existing services provision agreement under renegotiated terms & conditions. 

The closure of the transaction is expected with the signing of the definitive Share Purchase Agreement upon completion of all regulatory and existing Shareholder Agreement requirements. Upon completion, OPAP Investment's participation in the share capital of Hellenic Lotteries will reach 83.5%.
