SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces, in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and pursuant to a relevant announcement received, that the shareholder Mr. Stavros Taki, President of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company (liable person pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014) has changed the total number of shares and voting rights held above the critical threshold of 2/3 due to the change of the percentage of participation in the company SFAKIANAKIS HOLDINGS S.A. the main shareholder of SFAKIANAKIS S.A.

According to the previous announcement, prior to the critical transaction, Mr. Stavros Taki owned directly 8,902,668 common registered shares and voting rights (i.e. 37.50% of the total number of shares and voting rights) while after the critical transaction also holds indirectly through SFAKIANAKIS HOLDINGS S.A. 12,922,914 common registered shares and voting rights (i.e. 54.43% of the total number of shares and voting rights) of the Company. Thus, Mr. Stavros Takis holds a total of 21,825,582 common registered shares and voting rights (directly and indirectly), i.e. 91,92% of the total number of shares and voting rights of SFAKIANAKIS S.A.
