MLS Innovation Inc., announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director's resolutions(dated 30.06.2016 ,01.09.2016 and 31.01.2018) the end of the buyback programme on 30.06.2018.

During the period from 01.07 2016 till 30.06.2018 the company purchased  407.632  shares with average cost price 4,05€ per share and total purchase value 1.651.129€ and sold 82.982   shares with average cost price 4,20€ per share and total  value 348.524€.

The company on 30.06.2018 holds 324.650 treasury shares.
