It is hereby announced that according to Announcement (Protocol Numbered 1507272) from Ministry of Economy & Development, on 27-03-2019, it was registered in the respective Societe Anonyme Registry, among other things, the 308/28.01.2019 decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that approved CPB ASSET MANAGEMENT as the fund management company of a newly established fund under the name «PHOENIX HELLENIC EQUITY» and Bank of Piraeus as its Custodian. After the completion of the exchange of the Company's portfolio with the units of the aforementioned Fund in accordance with the last article 35 paragraph 3371/2005, the Company will be deleted from the Societe Anonyme Registry. Also, following the above, the Company's shares will be removed from the Athens Stock Exchange on 28-03-2019.
