The Athens Stock Exchange, with regard to the submission of the Compulsory Tender Offer for the shares of the listed company ‘SFAKIANAKIS SA' according to the announcement of April 2^nd, 2019, readjusts the maximum trading limit for the share "SFA" to +25.00% only for the trading session of April 3^rd, 2019. The minimum trading limit does not change.
