The company under the trade name "ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." announces to the investment community that, the Board of Directors in its meeting on the 5^th April 2019 decided to propose to the General Assembly of the Shareholders which is scheduled on the 23^rd of May 2019, the distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2018, three Euro cents (€0.03) per share.
