Announcement according to Law 3556/2007

The company “DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA S.A” announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, Law 3340/2005 and in conjunction with the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mrs. Evaggelia Politi, closely related to Mr. Giorgos Politis- Person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005- on 12 November 2018, sold 10,000 common registered shares of “HYGEIA S.A”, with total value of EUR 9,500.
