ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPLICATION SUBMITTED
TO THE HELLENIC CAPITAL MARKET COMMISSION
FOR DELISTING THE SHARES OF COMPANY
DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA SA
FROM THE ATHENS EXCHANGE

Pursuant to the legislation in force, Company Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens HYGEIA SA (hereinafter the “Company”) announced that following the decision made on 15 April 2019 during the extraordinary general meeting attended by the sole Company shareholder, on 16 April 2019, it submitted an application to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission requesting the delisting of all its common registered intangible shares, with voting rights, i.e. 305,732,436 shares with a nominal value of €0.41 each, from the Athens Exchange, in accordance with Article 17(5) of Law 3371/2005.
