New Board Member election in replacement of a resigned member

Autohellas S.A. notifies that, in view of the resignation of Mr. Stefanos Kotsolis as an independent, non-executive member of the Board of Directors, the Board, on 11.09.2018, elected Mr. Marinos Giannopoulos as an independent, non-executive member, according to article 3, par. 1 of Law 3016/2002.

The above-mentioned election will be announced in the next General Shareholder's Meeting of the Company.
