Approval of the BoD for tariffs 

Announcement

PPC S.A. announces that at today's meeting, the BoD approved the following:

1. The adjustment of the medium and low voltage tariffs taking into account the reduction in the renewables levy and VAT.
2. The reduction of the timely payment discount from 10% to 5%.
3. The establishment of CO₂ clause in the low voltage tariffs, with zero impact given today's prices.
4. The abolishment of the discount applied on the CO₂  clause at medium voltage tariffs.
5. The application of 50% discount on the non subsidized  portion of the competitive part of social tariffs for people with mechanical support.
