The company MLS Innovation Inc. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and CEO  of the Board of Directors on  Friday March 1, 2019, bought 2,700 shares of a total value of 13,653.32€ and on Monday March 4, 2019, bought 1,500 shares of a total value of 7,640.90€

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
