(the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (article 3 par. 1 p(bb) and article 21) and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (article 19) of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that Mrs. Donta Kate, Logistics Director & Purchasing Director Factories' raw material EPC Business Unit, according to her notification towards the Company, sold on October 8, 2018, 100 common bonds of the Company, with a total value of Euro 101,916.66.
