Appointment of new Chief Financial Officer

OPAP S.A. announces the appointment of Mr. Pavel Mucha as Chief Financial Officer. Pavel Mucha will succeed Michal Houst, who will leave the company by the end of September 2019.

Currently, Mr. Mucha is holding the position of Chief Financial Officer in Czech company Sazka, the national lottery operation of Czech Republic, which is a member of SAZKA Group. In total, he has 26 years of professional experience, holding finance roles, in consultancy, pharmaceutical and FMCG companies. Additionally, he has four years of professional experience in the gaming market.

Mr. Mucha will officially assume his role as Chief Financial Officer at OPAP S.A., on 1 October 2019.
