The company Thrace Plastics Co. S.A. hereby announces, in accordance with L. 3556/2007 and article 11 of the Decision No. 1/434/3.07.2007 issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. George Braimis, Executive Member of the BoD of the Company and Group Chief Operating Officer (Person than exercises managerial duties), proceeded on June 18, 2018, to the purchase of 500 common registered shares of the Company, with a total value of 1,113.00 euro and on June 19, 2018, to the purchase of 1,389 common registered shares of the Company, with a total value of 3,138.05 euro.
