Announcement according to Law 3556/2007

The company “DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA S.A” announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, Law 3340/2005 and in conjunction with the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Dimitrios – Eleftherios Mantzavinos - Executive Member BoD- Person on obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005- on February 7, 2019,   sold 1,950 common registered shares of “HYGEIA S.A”, with total value of EUR 1,852.50.
