At its meeting on 31/10/2018, the Board of Directors unanimously elected the Managing Director Mr. Georgios Peristeris also as Chairman of the BoD, capacity held by the deceased Nikolaos Kampas, for the remainder of the Board of Directors' term of office. The Board of Directors decided to hold a new meeting for the election of a new member to fill in the vacant seat in the BoD.
