TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the Investors that the Board of Directors of the Company, during its meeting on September 25^th, 2018, elected, in accordance with Codified Law 2190/1920 and sub-clause 3 of clause 10 of the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Georgios Kouvaris son of Theologos, Chemical Engineer, as new independent non-executive member of the BoD, since he fulfils the independence requirements of clause 4 of law 3016/2002, as in force, replacing Mr. Kalamaras for the remainder of his term, i.e. until June 30^th, 2022.  It is noted that Mr. Kalamaras remains member of the Audit Committee of the Company.

The election of Mr. Kouvaris shall be announced at the next General Assembly.
