Presentation to the "Association of Greek Institutional Investors”

MYTILINEOS SA held its¶ annual presentation to the Association of Greek Institutional Investors at the company¶s newly completed offices. The presentation can be found at www.mytilineos.gr and the ASE website.

At the meeting, Mr. Evangelos Mytilineos, Chairman & CEO, announced the intention of the Company to increase the dividend related to fiscal year 2018 from 0.32 euro to 0.36 euro per share. This proposal will be subject to BoD and AGM approval within the context of full-year 2018 results.
