Company Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens HYGEIA SA announces that, following a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided to be reconstituted into an 11-member Board and postponed the appointment of new Board members to replace the ones who have resigned.
Subsequently, the Board of Directors has been reconstituted as follows:
