The Board of Directors at its meeting on 31/10/2018 decided a new organizational structure of the Finance Department, enriching its human resources with new executives and upgrading its mechanisms and operations so that it can meet the increased needs of the sectors and geographical areas, in which the Company operates.

To this end, the Finance Department now comprises two distinct units: the Finance Department, directed by Mr. Aristotelis Spiliotis, responsible for the financial planning and monitoring, fund raising and long-term cash planning, and the Financial Services Department, directed by Mr. Emmanouil Fafalios, responsible for accounting and tax monitoring, communication with Auditors, budgeting as well as reporting.

The former Chief Financial Officer and executive member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Vassilios Delikaterinis undertakes the coordination and cooperation between the two above mentioned units.
