Financial calendar (updated for the special dividend)

HELLENIC EXCHANGES-ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE (ATHEX, stock symbol: ΕΧΑΕ) informs investors that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting on 30.07.2018, set the ex-date and payment date for the special dividend (share capital return) that had been decided by the 1st Repetitive General Meeting of Shareholders on 13.06.2018.

Following the determination of the abovementioned dates, the financial calendar for the remainder of the fiscal year is as follows:

  • Special dividend– record date:                                       Tuesday 7 August 2018

The ex-date (Monday 6 August 2018) is: before the expiration (on 21 September 2018), of the future with the ATHEX share as the underlying security, and before the expiration (on 17 August 2018) of the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which ATHEX is a component stock).

  • Special dividend - payment date:                                  Friday 10 August 2018
  • Release of Nine Month 2018 Results:                          Monday 26 November 2018

The special dividend that will be paid per share (EUR0.15) will be increased by the amount corresponding to the 251,000 shares in treasury stock that are not entitled to the special dividend, and will amount to EUR0.1506239 per share.

The financial results will be published on the Company website (www.athexgroup.gr) after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day.
