Announcement of ELTREKA SA acquisition                                          Athens - June 3, 2019

Following the announcement of 14/03/19, AUTOHELLAS informs the public and its shareholders that the acquisition of shares of ELTREKKA was completed on 31/05/2019, following the approval of the Competition Committee dated May 20, 2019 by the number 686/2019. As a result AUTOHELLAS now holds 100% direct participation in ELTREKKA SA share capital.
