Notification of change in participation percentage

Under Article 14 of Law 3556/2007, ELLAKTOR SA discloses information received by the following liable shareholder on 11/01/2019:

Mr. Dimitrios Koutras hereby informs that there has been a change in the percentage of participation in the share capital and in the voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA, due to the sales, as follows:

Date of transaction on which the change in the percentage participation was effected: 10/01/2019.

Number of shares and equal voting rights prior to the transaction:

a) direct participation: 4,640,590 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 2.62% and

b) indirect participation: 5,730,000 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 3.24% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA, through the Adamas Securities LTD, company controlled by him.

The total percentage (direct and indirect) of participation and voting rights of the shareholder was 5.86% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA.

Number of shares and equal voting rights after the transaction:

a) direct participation: 4,370,590 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 2.47% and

b) indirect participation: 0 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 0% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA, through the Adamas Securities LTD, company controlled by him.

Following the transaction, the total percentage (direct and indirect) of participation and voting rights of the shareholder fell below threshold of 5.00%  of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA.

Additional information:

The notification of Mr. Dimitrios Koutras was made because his total participation (directly and indirectly) and voting rights in the share capital of ELLAKTOR SA fell below threshold of 5.00%.
