The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96 (A'-66), as amended by the stipulations of article 8 Law 3310/2005, as this amended by Article 8 of Law 3414/2005 (A'-279), will participate in the open electronic competition of the Ministry of Citizen Protection / Hellenic Police Headquarters for the supply of "Vehicles and equipment" and in particular for the following subspecies: "Sub-type C: motorbikes, 9 units of service colouring", "Sub-type D: police cars (passenger cars), 35 units (32 official and 3 free colour)", according to no. 1/2019 Invitation, closing date for submission of tenders on 08.02.2019, as well as any postponement of the date of execution or repeat of this competition.

It should be reminded to incorporate companies, shareholders of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., that since their stocks have not been registered, according to the above mentioned P.D., till natural person they cannot exercise the rights of participating and voting to General Meetings deriving from these shares as well as any kind of relevant property rights.
