Resignation of Company Board Members

The Company Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens HYGEIA SA announces that Messrs Georgios Efstratiadis, Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, and Fotios Kartzenis, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, have submitted their resignations from the Company's Board of Directors.

In accordance with the legislation in force and with a view to informing the investing community, the Company will issue an announcement after the appointment of the new Board Members replacing the ones who have resigned.
