According to article 2 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, it is announced that Mr. Victor Papaconstantinou assumed the duties of the General Manager of Strategic Corporate Planning & Development of the Company. Mr. Papaconstantinou joined MOTOR OIL on 3 September 2018.
