The company Plaisio Computers SA informs the investing public in accordance with the provisions of law 3016/2002 for Corporate Governance and the EU Regulation with No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Commission of 16 April 2014, that according to the decision of its Board of Directors, Mr. Marios Vamvakouris of Aggelos was appointed as Shareholder Services Manager replacing Mrs. Dimitra Foti because of her retirement.
