TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (the “Company”) announces pursuant to article 19 of Regulation 596/2014(EU),  that it has been notified by Μr. Andreas Canellopoulos that, on January 8^th, 2019, he transferred through a donation made to the Paul and Alexandra Canellopoulos foundation voting rights of 20.000 common shares.
