FINANCIAL CALENDAR YEAR 2019 (*) - REVISION

RESCHEDULED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

MYTILINEOS announces that the Board of Directors has decided to convene the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders for Monday, June 24, 2019 instead of the originally announced date of this Thursday, June 6, 2019, due to the non timely notification of the Invitation dated 09.05.2019 to the General Commercial Registry (GEMI).

Consequently, and in accordance with the provisions of articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, MYTILINEOS announces the below updates to the Financial Calendar of year 2019:

- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Monday 24 June 2019

- Ex-Dividend Date 2018: Wednesday, June 26, 2019

- Dividend Beneficiaries for 2018 - Record Date: Thursday, June 27, 2019

The Dividend Payment date for the year 2018 remains unchanged for Tuesday, July 2, 2019. There are no other changes to the 2019 Financial Calendar.
