The above financial statements as well as the respective press release will be available after their announcement in the Company's website www.thracegroup.gr as well as in the website of the Athens Exchange www.helex.gr.

• Annual briefing of Analysts and Institutional Investors at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors: Tuesday, May 21 2019

• Date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Tuesday, 18 June 2019

• Ex-Dividend Date for the Dividend of Year 2018: Thursday, 20 June 2019

• Record Date for the Dividend of Year 2018: Friday, 21 June 2019

• Payment Date for the Dividend of Year 2018, with the payment being made through a banking institution or via Hellenic Exchanges (EXAE):  Wednesday, 26 June 2019.
