Paiania, November 29, 2018 - INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces the investing public, in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art. 3 and 21) and in combination wih article 19 of the (EE) Regulation No596/2014, that on November 29, 2018, Mr. Dimitrios Klonis Chairman of the BoD and CEO of the Company, proceeded with the purchase of 60.000 INTRACOM HOLDINGS Common Registered shares, with voting rights, of total value €34.905,62.
