Notification in accordance with the provisions of article 24§2 (a) & (b) of law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24§2(a) of law 3461/2006, the company «NEXANS PARTICIPATIONS S.A.» declares that it acquired on 19.10.2018 in total 131.075 common registered shares of the company «ΝΕΧΑΝS HELLAS S.A.» against a consideration of 1,60 Euro per share through stock exchange transactions, which shall be cleared on 23.10.2018. As a result of the above acquisition, «NEXANS PARTICIPATIONS S.A.» holds today 89,14 % of the voting rights in “ΝΕΧΑΝS HELLAS S.A.” from 88,57 % of voting rights held on 18.10.2018
