The Societe Anonyme under the name “THRACE PLASTICS HOLDING COMPANY SOCIETE COMMERCIAL ANONYME”, and with the distinctive title “THRACE PLASTICS CO. S.A.” (henceforth called as the “Company”), in the context of its effort to provide the investors' community with fair, accurate and timely information in accordance with the provisions of the paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Regulation of Athens Exchange and with the article 17, paragraph 1, No. 596/2014 of the Regulation of European Parliament and Council of April 16^th, 2014, announces the following to the investors' community: Mr. Dimitris Malamos, Executive Member of the Board of Directors and the Group's CFO, assumes also the duties of the Director of Financial Services of the Company.
