AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with L.3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, Evertrans S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis (Chairman of the BoD), purchased 10,000 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 80,001.00 on 4/7/2018.
