GEK TERNA SA informs the Investors about the completion of the agreement between GEK TERNA SA and FERROVIAL SA for the acquisition by GEK TERNA SA of the 33.34% stake in the company "AFTOKINITODROMOS KENTRIKIS ELLADOS SA” and 21.41% in the company "NEA ODOS SA".

Following this transaction, GEK TERNA SA now holds 100% of the two concession Companies at a total price of approximately 145 m. euros, to be fully paid by the end of 2028.
