According to the L.3556/2007, GEK TERNA S.A. discloses that 6,271,826 shares which incorporate equal number of voting rights, thus 6.064% of the share capital, have been registered in the name of the legal heirs of the deceased Nikolaos Kambas, none of whom now holds voting rights exceeding 5% of the share capital of the Company.
