The General Insurance Company under the name "European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A." notifies the investing public, in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the current Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the Financial Calendar of the year 2019, according to which:

• The annual financial statements and the annual consolidated financial statements for the year 2018 prepared under IFRS, together with the annual condensed financial figures of these annual financial statements, will be announced and published on Wednesday 24 April 2019 on the Company's website (http://ir.europaikipisti.gr/) and on the Athens Stock Exchange.

• Also, the same day, on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, a conference will take place in order to inform the journalists / analysts/ shareholders. The location and time of the conference will be announced to the investing public with an invitation, to be published on the Company's investment website until Friday, April 12, 2019.

• The briefing of foreign analysts / journalists / shareholders will take place by teleconference on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 17:00. The way of the communication and the instructions will be announced to the investing public with an invitation to be published on the Company's investment website until Friday, April 12, 2019.

• The Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2019, at the Company's registered office (274 Kifissias Avenue, Chalandri – Europlaza Building) at 14.00.

• Ex-dividend date for the 2018 fiscal year is set on Wednesday May 29, 2019 (*).

• Beneficiaries of this dividend will be those who are registered as shareholders on Thursday, May 30, 2019 (Record Date) (*).

• The payment of the dividend will start on, June 4, 2019 (*).

• The H1 financial statements and the H1 condensed financial statements for the year 2019 prepared under IFRS, together with the H1 condensed financial figures of these financial statements, will be announced on Wednesday 25 September 2019 at the Company's website (http://ir.europaikipisti.gr/) and the Athens Stock Exchange.

(*) If the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approves any subject regarding the payment of a dividend.
