GEK TERNA SA informs the investors about the signing of the Concession Agreement between the Greek State and the Concession Company "International Airport of Heraklion Crete SA", on February 21, 2019, for the project "Study, Construction, Financing, Operation, Maintenance and Exploitation of the New International Airport of Heraklion, Crete, as well as Study, Construction and Financing of Road Connections ".

In the Concession Company "International Airport of Heraklion Crete SA", our 100% subsidiary TERNA S.A. participates in a Consortium with GMR Airports Ltd and together hold 54.1% whereas the Greek State holds 45.9%.
