GEK TERNA SA, according to L.3556/2007 and based on relevant notification received by the shareholder REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V., discloses that REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V. acquired through the Athens Exchange on September 24, 2018,  40,360 shares and relevant voting rights crossing the threshold of 10% and now holds 10,376,362 voting rights, thus a percentage of 10.0329% of the total voting rights of the Company. The above mentioned notification also included a statement of the shareholder REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V. that it is not controlled by any natural person or legal entity and that it does not control any other undertaking(s) holding directly or indirectly an interest in GEK TERNA S.A.
