ANNOUNCEMENT

ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INSDUSTRY S.A announces, according to article 17 par. 1 of the Regulation (ΕU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council of 16th April 2014 and under article 2, par. 2 item (ig) of the 3/347/12.7.2005 Decision of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the issuance of new long-term syndicated bond loan amounting to Euro fifty million (€50,000,000) with ALPHA BANK S.A.. The loan has seven years maturity, has been issued according to L.3156/2003 and L.4548/2018 and will be directed to the refinancing of already existing loan obligations and cover working capital needs. The loan will be disbursed in two installments of Euro ten million (€10,000,000) and Euro forty million (€40,000,000). The first installment will be immediately disbursed.
