KRI-KRI S.A. announces amendments to Financial Calendar for 2019, with reference of the date of the release of interim financial statements for Q1-2019 and postponement of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Therefore, the Financial Calendar for the rest of 2019, according to article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, becomes as following:

Release of interim Q1-2019 Financial Statements:

Thursday, 30th of May 2019 (after the market close of the Athens Stock Exchange).

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 9th of July 2019.

Ex – dividend date:

Thursday, 22nd of August 2019.

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date):

Friday, 23rd of August 2019.

Dividend payment date:

Wednesday, 28th of August 2019.

The dividend payment is subject to Annual General Meeting approval.

The company retains the right to change the above-mentioned dates, after informing on due time the investors' community with a new announcement.
