Disclosure of Regulated Information as per Law 3556/2007

According to the legislation in force, company Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens HYGEIA SA (hereinafter “the Company”) announces the following:

The company registered as Hellenic Healthcare Single-Member Holdings SA, which may be considered as having close ties with members of the CompanyΆs Board of Directors – i.e. Messrs. Dimitrios Syrmas and Sergios Stampoulous – in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, on March 15, 2019 acquired 374,088   shares of the Company, valued at ¤ 355,383.60  in total.
