"The shareholders of NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA:

1. Aristides Belles,  minority shareholder, holds 10.893.498 registered shares, representing a percentage of 3,6982% of the total share capital of "NIREUS Aquaculture  SA"

2. Nikolas Chaviaras,  minority shareholder, holds 4.343.563 registered shares representing a percentage of 1,4773% of the total share capital of " NIREUS Aquaculture  SA "

3. Kalliopi Chaviara,  minority shareholder, holds 209.122 registered shares representing a percentage of 0,071% of the total share capital of " NIREUS Aquaculture  SA "

4. TEMPLE TRADING LIMITED, minority shareholder, holds 3.540.603 registered shares representing a percentage of 1,2042% of the total share capital of " NIREUS Aquaculture  SA "

5. LINNAEUS CAPITAL PARTNERS B.V., minority shareholder, holds 16.160.734 registered shares representing a percentage of 5,4965% of the total share capital of " NIREUS Aquaculture  SA "

6. Pantelis Lamprinoudis, minority shareholder, holds 687.908 registered shares representing a percentage of 0,234% of the total share capital of " NIREUS Aquaculture  SA ", and

7. Georgia Labrinoudi,  minority shareholder, holds 247.739 registered shares representing a percentage of 0,084% of the total share capital of " NIREUS Aquaculture  SA "

announce that pursuant to the contract dated 4 October 2018, they agreed to act together and in conjunction ( en block)  as regards potential discussions and negotiations on the sale, to Amerra Capital Management LLC, of all shares held by the contracting parties in the listed company "NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA"
