Hellenic Exchanges – Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces pursuant to the provisions of Law 3016/2002 and decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the Board of Directors of the Company decided on 09.07.2019 that Mr. Nikolaos Barligkas, Director of Internal Audit, assume the duties of Internal Auditor, in place of Mrs. Maria Souri who resigned.
