Announcement of adjustable information based on Law 3556/2007

Notification of Transactions

ELLAKTOR S.A. discloses the following:

 1.      Mr. Dimitrios Koutras Vice-Chairman of the BoD of ELLAKTOR SA, (Executive member), (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as in force, in combination with the provision of article 19 of the Regulation (ΕΕ) No. 596/2014, announces that, through the affiliated legal person ADAMAS SECURITIES LIMITED, he proceeded, on 18/07/2018, to the purchase of 500,000 common registered shares, with voting rights, issued by ELLAKTOR SA, with a total net value of Euro 1,050,000.00.

 2.      Mr. Leonidas Bobolas, Managing Director (Executive member) of ELLAKTOR S.A. (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as in force, in combination with the provision of article 19 of the Regulation (ΕΕ) No. 596/2014, announces that, he proceeded, on 18/07/2018, to the purchase of 200,000 common registered shares, with voting rights, issued by ELLAKTOR SA, with a total net value of Euro 417,821.93.

The above transaction was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005, as in force.
