Notification of significant changes in voting rights

The company ELLAKTOR S.A. announces about the notification of significant changes in voting rights, received on 11^th of June 2019:

Amber Capital Management LP, which ultimately controls Amber Capital UK LLP, which is the investment manager of Amber Global Opportunities Limited, ELLAKTOR'S shareholder, in compliance with the Directive for transparency, announces that its participation and its voting rights in the share capital of ELLAKTOR SA changed accordingly:

Date of transaction when its participation fell below threshold of 5%: 07.06.2019

Number of shares and number of voting rights after the transaction: indirect participation 4.91% (i.e. 8,690,812 common registered shares with voting rights) and total participation (direct and indirect) and voting rights 4.91% (i.e. 8,690,812 common registered shares with voting rights).

Amber Capital UK LLP, is the investment manager of Amber Global Opportunities Limited, (ELLAKTOR'S shareholder), a wholly owned Irish subsidiary of Amber Global Opportunities Fund, a sub-fund of Amber Capital Investment Management ICAV .

Amber Capital UK Holdings Ltd is the controlling shareholder of Amber Capital UK LLP, with a majority interest.

Amber Capital Management LP is the controlling shareholder of Amber Capital Holdings Ltd, with a majority interest.

Mr. Joseph Oughourlian is the controlling shareholder of Amber Capital Management LP, with a majority interest.

The above notification is filed by :

1. Amber Capital Management LP, which is the ultimate controlling Company, in accordance with art. 13(1) of L.3556/2007, and
2. Mr. Joseph Oughourlian, which is the controlling shareholder of Amber Capital Management LP, in accordance with art. 10(e) of L.3556/2007.
