Election of new member of the Audit Committee in replacement

Autohellas S.A. would like to inform the public that in view of the resignation of Mr. Stefanos Kotsolis as a member of the CompanyΆs Audit Committee, the Board on 19.12.2018 elected Mr. Marinos Giannopoulos, independent, non-executive member of the Board of Directors, who meets the requirements set by article 44 of Law 4449/2017.

The above-mentioned election will be submitted for approval and ratification in the next General ShareholderΆs Meeting of the Company.

Hence, the composition of the Audit Committee of the Company is the following:

Eleni Igglezou, Non-member of the Board of Directors, Chairman

Spyridon Flegas, Independent non-executive member.

Marinos Giannopoulos, Independent non-executive member.
