Number of treasury shares held directly before the transaction: 3,828,652 thus percentage 3.7019% of the share capital

Number of shares held by the subsidiary company TERNA SA before the transaction: 688,205 thus percentage 0.6654% of the share capital

Number of shares held by the subsidiary company ILIOHORA SA before the transaction: 616,835 thus percentage 0.5964% of the share capital

Total amount of treasury shares held directly and indirectly before the transaction: 5,133,692 thus percentage 4.9638% of the share capital

Total amount of treasury shares held directly after the transaction dated January 2, 2019: 3,873,652 thus percentage 3.7454% of the share capital

The amount of treasury shares held by subsidiaries remains unchanged.

Total amount of treasury shares held directly and indirectly after the transaction dated January 2,2019 :  5,178,692 thus percentage 5.0073% of the share capital.
