MLS Innovation Inc.  informes that on Tuesday 12, 2019 the company under the corporate name KM CO Limited, which owned a percentage of 5,358% in the total share capital of the company  transferred the total of its aforementioned percentage to the company under the corporate name MAL HOLDING LIMITED with registered seat in Cyprus.

 The above transferee company under the corporate name MAL HOLDING LIMITED, as well as the above transferor company under the corporate name KM CO Limited are legal persons closely associated with MURTADA MOHAMED ALI SHAWKI, non-executive and independent member of the Board of Directors of the company .
